Energy Efficiency Experts Ltd. was set up by Donovan Mc Morrow and Jim Mc Morrow in 2009.

The company provides a BER Certificate, Planning permission and Mapping service for the Northwest including Leitrim, Sligo, Roscommon, Cavan and South Donegal.

Donovan is a fully qualified engineer with an Honours Degree in Construction Management. He is also fully qualified to carry out BER Certs on all New and Existing Dwellings, and is fully registered with SEI to publish BER Certs.

Furthermore, Donovan is experienced in Setting out and Mapping site boundaries and Conveyancing Cartography.
